Chocolate Caramel Crispy

This is British nostalgia compressed into a single bite. The genius here is using a Mars Bar instead of making caramel from scratch, a shortcut that feels less like cheating and more like resourcefulness, the kind of thinking that defines British home cooking. Rice Krispies provide the structural contrast, their snap holding firm against melted chocolate and that particular Mars Bar sweetness. It's the sort of thing you'd find at a church bazaar or a child's birthday party, made by someone who understands that good desserts don't require complexity, just confidence.
