Turkey Bánh mì

This Vietnamese sandwich balances pickled vegetables against rich poultry, creating a study in textural contrast. The pairing of turkey with chicken liver pâté is less common than pork, but yields deeper, more mineral notes that play beautifully against the brightness of fresh mint and chilli. The key is building layers: crispy exterior, creamy center, acidic vegetables. Bánh mì teaches that a proper sandwich requires intention at every component.
