Calamansi Juice Drink

Calamansi juice drink is the Filipino answer to lemonade, made with a small citrus that is easy to find in markets across the Philippines. You squeeze three or four fruits by hand, add cold water and half a tablespoon of sugar, and stir. The result is sharp, fragrant and only lightly sweetened. It takes a couple of minutes, needs no equipment, and is also good served hot.
Instructions
Cut each calamansi in half with a sharp knife.
Squeeze the halves with your hands over a glass so the juice runs out. Keep squeezing until each half feels empty.
Pour the cold water into the glass with the juice.
Add the sugar and stir until you can no longer see or feel any grains at the bottom of the glass.
Drop in ice cubes if you want the drink very cold. It can also be served hot, in which case leave the ice out.
Make it personal.
