Cocoa-Coconut Bites

Cocoa-Coconut Bites are a four-ingredient chocolate you make with a whisk and a freezer. Coconut oil takes the place of cocoa butter, so the bites set firm when cold, and maple syrup sweetens them without any refined sugar. A pinch of salt sharpens the cocoa. Because the chocolate is not tempered, it softens at room temperature, so keep it chilled and eat it straight from the fridge.
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Keep the heat gentle, and take the pan off as soon as the oil turns fully liquid.
Pour the melted oil into a bowl. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup and salt, then whisk until the mixture is smooth and has no lumps.
Pour the chocolate into small chocolate molds. A regular baking tray works too if you do not have molds.
Put the molds or tray in the freezer or fridge for a few hours, until the chocolate is completely hard.
If you used a baking tray, cut the hardened chocolate into pieces with a sharp knife. Keep the bites in the fridge or freezer until you are ready to eat them.
Make it personal.
