French Martini
The French martini is a short, fruity vodka cocktail that needs only three liquid ingredients and one shake. This is the modern version, built on a simple ratio of four parts vodka to one part pineapple juice and one part Chambord. The raspberry liqueur gives it a deep berry color and sweetness, while the pineapple juice softens the spirit. Any raspberry or blackberry liqueur works if you have no Chambord.
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, pineapple juice and Chambord, measuring by parts so the vodka is four times the amount of each of the other two.
Shake the mixture hard with the ice until the outside of the shaker is cold.
Strain the drink into a cocktail glass. Drop in the two maraschino cherries and serve right away.
