Fried Pickle

Fried pickle is a Southern American snack made from battered, deep-fried dill pickle slices. The double dip is what makes it work: each slice goes through the milk and egg mixture and the seasoned flour twice, building a thick crust that stays crisp around the sharp, juicy pickle. Worcestershire and a few drops of hot sauce in the wet coating add depth, and a shake of dried dill finishes it.
Instructions
Stir the milk, beaten egg, 1 tbsp flour, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce together until well mixed. Set this milk mixture aside.
In a separate bowl, stir together the 3½ cups flour, salt and pepper until evenly combined.
Dip each pickle slice in the milk mixture, then coat it in the seasoned flour. Repeat both steps so each slice gets a second, thicker coating.
Heat the vegetable oil to 350 °F. Fry the pickles until they float to the surface and turn golden brown.
Lift the pickles out and drain them on paper towels. Sprinkle with dried dill to your liking and serve.
Make it personal.
