Herbal Iced Tea

This herbal iced tea turns tart rosehip tea into a bright, floral summer drink. Honey softens the tea's sourness, fresh orange juice adds body, and just five drops of orange flower extract give it a perfumed finish. Pieces of lime and lemon in each glass keep the citrus sharp as you drink. The recipe also adapts well, since mint or berry tea can take the place of the rosehip.

Instructions

Stir the honey into the rosehip tea until it dissolves completely, then set the tea aside to chill in the refrigerator.

Once the tea is cold, stir in the juice of the two oranges and the five drops of orange flower extract.

Share the pieces of lime and lemon among four large glasses, then pour the tea over the fruit.

Serve the tea ice-cold, while the citrus is still fresh and bright.
