Hot Wing Dip

This hot wing dip puts the blue cheese and celery that normally sit beside Buffalo wings into one bowl, with heat built in. Crumbled blue cheese and sour cream make a tangy, creamy base, while garlic and a generous two tablespoons of cayenne give it a real kick. There is no cooking involved, so it comes together in the time it takes to stir. Serve it with wings and crisp celery sticks.

Instructions

Put the crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, cayenne pepper and salt into a serving bowl.

Stir everything together until the sour cream carries the cayenne and garlic evenly and the cheese is spread through the mixture.

Set the bowl on the table with a plate of celery sticks and the hot wings or Buffalo wings, and dip as you eat.
