Mascarpone Chocolate Sauce
Mascarpone chocolate sauce takes about as long to make as it does to find a whisk. The soft, mild cheese gives the sauce a light and fluffy body, while store-bought chocolate syrup supplies the flavor and richness. A little sugar sweetens it and a pinch or two of salt keeps the chocolate from tasting flat. It all goes into one bowl, so there is no cooking and almost no cleanup.
Instructions
Put the mascarpone, chocolate syrup, sugar and salt into the bowl you plan to serve from.
Whisk everything together until the sugar is mixed in and the sauce is smooth, even in color and fluffy.
Serve it as a dipping sauce alongside beignets or fresh fruit, or spoon it over ice cream.
Make it personal.
