Mustard Dip
This three-ingredient mustard dip takes about a minute to put together and works as a spread in place of butter or plain mayonnaise. Dijon supplies the sharp, wine-tinged base, mayonnaise softens it into something creamy, and a spoonful of prepared horseradish adds a clean, nasal heat. Spread it on a sandwich, set it out with pretzels or raw vegetables, or keep a jar in the refrigerator for the week.
Instructions
Measure the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and horseradish into a small bowl.
Stir until the mixture is smooth and evenly pale gold, with no streaks of mayonnaise remaining.
Transfer the dip to a lidded container and keep it in the refrigerator. It will hold for up to a few days.
Make it personal.
