Oreo Pie
This Oreo pie turns one tub of ice cream into three freezer pies with almost no work. Cool Whip folded into the softened ice cream lightens the filling and keeps it easy to slice, while crushed Oreos add chocolate flavor and a crunch in every bite. A Graham cracker or chocolate crust holds it all together. It needs no oven, so it suits a hot day or a crowd.
Instructions
Leave the ice cream out until it is soft enough to spread easily, but not so far gone that it turns runny.
Stir the softened ice cream together with the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and evenly pale.
Put the Oreos in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they are broken into small crumbs and chunks.
Fold the crushed cookies into the ice cream mixture until they are spread evenly throughout.
Divide the mixture among the 3 crumb crusts and spread it level with the back of a spoon.
Freeze the pies for at least 2 hours, until the filling is firm enough to slice.
Make it personal.
