Smoked Salmon Dip
Smoked salmon dip is a quick, no-cook spread that comes together in a single bowl. Smoked salmon brings salt and depth, while lemon juice and sour cream keep the low-fat cream cheese base tangy and light. Basil and parsley add a fresh, grassy note, and a generous amount of black pepper gives it bite. Using whipped cream cheese makes mixing much easier, and the recipe yields enough for 16 servings.
Instructions
Crumble the smoked salmon into a medium-sized bowl, breaking it into small flakes so it spreads evenly through the dip.
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and black pepper to the bowl.
Mix until everything is well combined and the texture is creamy, with no streaks of cream cheese left.
Stir in the chopped basil and parsley until they are spread throughout the dip.
Serve the dip right away. If you want some heat, stir in a pinch of paprika or cayenne.
Make it personal.
