Sour Mix (Vegan)

This sour mix gets its tartness from three citrus fruits instead of the usual lemon and lime alone, and it uses no egg white, so it suits vegan bars and home kitchens alike. Orange juice rounds off the sharpness of the lime and lemon, while the simple syrup balances it. The ratio is easy to remember, and there is nothing to cook, only measuring and stirring before the jar goes in the fridge.
Instructions
Measure the lime juice, simple syrup, orange juice and lemon juice into a jar or pitcher, using the same measure for each part so the ratio of 2 to 2 to 1 to 1 holds.
Stir or shake everything together until the syrup is fully mixed into the juices and the liquid looks even.
Cover the container and keep it in the fridge until you are ready to use it.
