Tartar Sauce

This tartar sauce is built for fish and chips, and it is sweeter and pinker than the classic version. The contributor worked it out by trial and error while copying one restaurant's house sauce. Ketchup and mustard sit alongside the mayonnaise, sweet relish adds sharpness and crunch, and garlic salt and celery salt give it a savory edge. It takes five minutes and one bowl.
Instructions
Put the mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and whip it with a whisk or spoon until it is smooth and free of lumps.
Add the ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, garlic salt and celery salt. Stir until the mixture is an even color with no streaks.
If you want a completely smooth sauce, for example for a squeeze bottle, use pickle juice in place of the relish. Serve with fish and chips.
Make it personal.
