Yoda Soda
Yoda Soda is a three-ingredient float built to look like the head of the Jedi master himself. The bright green lemon-lime soda gives the skin tone, the vanilla ice cream makes the rounded head, and a pinch of chocolate sprinkles stands in for his thin hair. It takes five minutes and no cooking, which makes it an easy project for kids at a movie night or a Star Wars birthday party.
Instructions
Pour the Mountain Dew into a tall glass, filling it to about the level of a cup.
Set the two scoops of vanilla ice cream on top of the soda. They will float and fizz at the edges, and the rounded scoops form the shape of the head.
Scatter a few chocolate sprinkles over the ice cream so they look like Yoda's wisps of hair. Serve right away, before the ice cream melts into the soda.
