Crunchy Baked Chicken

Crunchy Baked Chicken coats chicken breasts in buttery Parmesan breadcrumbs and bakes them in a single pan. The recipe uses only four ingredients, so there is no frying and no flour or egg station to manage. Melted butter holds the crumbs in place and browns them as they bake, while the Parmesan adds a salty edge. Store-bought Italian breadcrumbs already carry the seasoning, which keeps the shopping list short.
Instructions
Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking pan and set it nearby.
Melt the butter and pour it into a shallow bowl. In a second shallow bowl, stir the Italian breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan together until evenly mixed.
Turn each chicken breast in the melted butter until it is coated on all sides.
Lift the buttered chicken into the breadcrumb mixture and roll it until the surface is covered in crumbs. Press lightly so the coating sticks.
Set the coated breasts in the greased pan, leaving a little space between them.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the crust is golden and the chicken is cooked through.
