Man Burgers are a steakhouse-style burger built from hand-cubed chuck and sirloin that you grind yourself. Chuck brings fat and beefy depth, while sirloin adds a leaner, cleaner steak flavor, and grinding the two together fresh gives a loose, tender patty. A coat of olive oil and Steak Rub forms a savory crust on the grill, and a slice of pepper jack melts over the top in the final minute.

Instructions

Pass the chuck and sirloin cubes through a meat grinder set to fine. Mix the ground meat together by hand and form it into 4 patties.

Brush the patties with olive oil and sprinkle them generously with Steak Rub.

Grill the patties over high heat, about 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare, 5 to 6 minutes for medium, or 7 to 8 minutes for well done. In the last minute of cooking, lay a slice of cheese on each patty so it melts.

Take the patties off the grill and set each one on the bottom half of a bun.

Add your favorite condiments and toppings, put on the bun tops, and serve.
