Seasoned Bread and Butter Balls

Seasoned bread and butter balls turn plain sandwich slices into a warm, garlicky snack in under a minute. The crusts come off, each slice is pressed into a ball, and butter, garlic powder and oregano do the flavoring. Everything happens on a single plate in the microwave, so there is almost nothing to wash up. It suits a quick side for soup or a small snack when the oven is off.
Instructions
Cut the crusts off the bread, allowing three slices for each person. Put the trimmed slices on a microwave-safe plate along with the butter, garlic powder and ground oregano.
Roll or squeeze each slice into a ball and set the balls on the same plate, next to the butter and seasonings.
Microwave the plate for 25 seconds. Let it stand for 30 seconds, then serve.
Make it personal.
